Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By using Timnath Shores Intelligence (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

The Service is an independent informational intelligence platform about the Timnath Shores community. It is not a real estate brokerage, not an IDX or MLS feed, not an HOA service, and not a Town of Timnath service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Accounts and access codes

Most features do not require an account. Redemption codes for Watchlist and Buyer Intelligence Reports are personal to you and single-use. Do not share codes; we may revoke access if a code is misused.

5. Acceptable use

  • No scraping, automated harvesting, or bulk extraction of content.
  • No reselling, republishing, or redistributing content without written permission.
  • No impersonation or misrepresentation of identity.
  • No attempts to bypass access controls, gating, or rate limits.

6. Intellectual property

Content on the Service is owned by REappreciation, LLC or used with permission. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to view content for your own decision-making. No other license is granted.

7. User submissions

By submitting a Community Question, you grant REappreciation, LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to publish the moderated question on the Service. We may decline to publish, edit for clarity, or remove submissions at any time.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided for informational purposes only. See the Disclaimers page for full language, including independence from third parties and the "not advice" notice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, REappreciation, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless REappreciation, LLC from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms.

12. Governing law and venue

Governing law: State of Colorado, United States. Venue: state and federal courts located in Larimer County, Colorado.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
