1. Who we are
Timnath Shores Intelligence is operated by REappreciation, LLC ("we", "us"). For privacy questions or requests, email timnathshores@gmail.com.
2. What we collect, by feature
Buyer Fit Assessment
Your quiz answers, the email you provide, and the persona the system assigns based on your answers.
Watchlist
Your email, the redemption code you redeem, and a Watchlist session cookie. We send you tracker updates while your session is active.
Buyer Intelligence Report
Your email, the redemption code you redeem, a Report session cookie, and on-site engagement signals from the report itself: view, read-through, section view, link click, dwell time, and scroll percentage.
Community Questions
The question text you submit, your optional name and email, and a coarse browser identifier. We may process your IP address transiently to rate-limit submissions; we store only a daily-rotated salted hash for rate-limiting and do not persist the raw IP address. We also store a truncated user-agent string to help us detect abuse.
Anonymous site behavior
On first visit we set a random token in the tsi_anon cookie. The raw token is sent only to our own anonymous-event endpoint and is hashed server-side with a private key before storage. We record coarse browser-family information and the pages and features you interact with. We do not store your IP address with these events. If you later identify yourself by submitting Buyer Fit, redeeming a Watchlist or Report code, or submitting a Community Question with an email, we link your anonymous history to your lead record.
3. Cookies
We use four first-party cookies. There are no third-party advertising cookies.

4. How we use the information
- Operate the intelligence features you use (Buyer Fit, Watchlist, Reports, Questions, Search).
- Send transactional emails (code delivery, tracker updates you subscribed to, report access).
- Maintain operator visibility into how features are used so we can improve them.
5. Email
Emails are sent through Resend. We separate transactional messages (codes, access, updates you requested) from any future opt-in messages. You can unsubscribe from non-transactional emails using the link in the email footer, which updates your email preferences immediately.
6. Processors
- Lovable Cloud — hosting and database.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share your information with brokerages, builders, homeowners associations, or the Town of Timnath.
7. Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing timnathshores@gmail.com.
8. Colorado Privacy Act rights
If you are a Colorado resident, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate personal data.
- Delete personal data we hold about you.
- Receive a portable copy of personal data you provided.
- Opt out of the sale of personal data, targeted advertising, and profiling for decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
We do not sell personal data, do not engage in targeted advertising, and do not conduct profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. To submit a request or appeal a response, email timnathshores@gmail.com. You may appeal our response within 45 days by replying to it.
9. California residents
If you are a California resident, we honor the access, correction, deletion, and portability rights described above. We do not sell personal information.
10. Children
The service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Security
We use the following technical controls:
- Row-level access controls on database tables.
- Hashed session tokens for Watchlist and Report access.
- Signed access links for one-time redemption.
- Administrative access controls for operator screens.
No system is perfectly secure. We do not make absolute security guarantees.
12. Retention
Lead and engagement data is retained while needed to operate the platform and provide updates you requested. Anonymous session retention is under review and may be revised in a future update.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the current version.
